Terms of Service

Couple Dates is provided by influence solutions fm GmbH, Gemeindeaugasse 22/2, 1220 Vienna, Austria (FN 675374y, Commercial Court of Vienna; VAT ID ATU83178124). Contact: customer-support@specky.space.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or join a Couple Dates space. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account.

Couple Dates is a private planning and memory service for two invited partners. It is not therapy, medical or legal advice, an emergency service, or a guarantee that a date or venue is safe or available.

A space is shared by the two partners in it. Each partner can view the dates, preferences, notes, photos, and memories saved to that space. You keep your rights to content you create, and you give us permission to store, display, back up, and process it only as needed to operate, secure, and support Couple Dates.

Upload or share only content you have the right to use and are comfortable sharing with your partner. You must not use the service for unlawful content, harassment, impersonation, or to infringe someone else’s rights. Do not upload another person’s private information or photo unless you have permission or another valid legal basis.

A memory or recap is private unless you choose to download or share it. If you share through another app or social platform, its terms and privacy policy apply to that content.

AI date suggestions are optional ideas, not verified facts or professional advice. Review suggestions and check current opening hours, prices, safety, travel, and availability yourself. Messages and relevant saved preferences may be processed by AI providers to answer your request.

Google Calendar, Whop checkout, and external social platforms are provided by third parties and may have separate terms. Calendar access is optional. Couple Dates can read free/busy availability and, when you ask, add or remove a Couple Dates event in your connected calendar.

Core planning and memories are free. Plus currently costs US$5 per shared couple space every 30 days, plus any applicable taxes shown at checkout. It adds AI date assistance, Nearby suggestions, and the yearly recap. The shared AI allowance is currently 60 requests per rolling 30 days; the app may also apply reasonable abuse-prevention limits. Check the Whop checkout page for the final amount and billing terms before paying.

The partner who starts the subscription manages renewal and cancellation. A cancellation stops the next renewal; Plus remains available through the paid period. Cancelling does not delete the couple’s dates, photos, or memories.

Checkout and payment-card details are handled by Whop. Couple Dates stores subscription and billing-status information needed to provide Plus and support your account.

You can cancel renewal through the billing controls made available for the subscription or by contacting support. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights. If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online contract within 14 days. To exercise it, contact us at customer-support@specky.space and identify your account and subscription. Any refund or payment for service already provided will be handled as required by applicable law.

Use of the service does not waive a statutory withdrawal right unless the legal requirements for such a waiver are separately met.

We work to keep Couple Dates available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or remove features for security, legal, or operational reasons. Where a change materially affects a paid subscription, we will provide notice and preserve any mandatory rights.

We may suspend or close access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties, or to address a serious breach of these Terms.

You can permanently delete your account from Settings → Privacy and data. When another member remains in your shared space, dates and saved memories remain available to that partner, while your personal preferences, calendar connection, reminders, and date ratings are removed. Assistant conversation history is removed because it cannot be separated by author. If you are the last member, shared dates, memories, and photos are removed.

If you own the subscription or are the last member of the space, we will stop its next renewal; paid access remains until the current period ends. We may retain minimal billing and accounting records where required by law. Calendar events already copied to an external calendar remain under that provider’s control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including consumer rights, liability for intent or gross negligence where applicable, or liability for injury to life or health. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on an unverified idea, external venue, calendar entry, AI result, or third-party service.

Austrian law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. For questions or complaints, contact influence solutions fm GmbH at customer-support@specky.space.

You may use this wording to notify us if you exercise a statutory withdrawal right. It is optional; a clear email is enough.
